Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared. Dispatch ordinarily takes place on the next business day, subject to stock availability and operational capacity. Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided where available.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are provided in good faith. Courier companies and/or arranged delivery service providers operate during standard business hours and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, industrial action, infrastructure disruptions, peak season volumes, or any force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows: deliveries within Gauteng typically take between two (2) and three (3) business days; deliveries within KwaZulu-Natal areas typically take between three (3) and five (5) business days; deliveries within Western Cape areas typically take between three (3) and five (5) business days. Deliveries to outlying, remote or non-main centres may take between five (5) and seven (7) business days or longer.
Where a delivery charge applies, customers will be notified prior to dispatch. Should the customer decline the additional charges after dispatch preparation, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund less any reasonable administrative or handling costs already incurred.
Heavy, oversized or industrial items, including racking, shelving, beams, uprights, decking, mezzanine flooring or bulk components, may attract additional handling, packaging, time or delivery fees due to size, weight or logistics requirements. Site access limitations, including narrow access points, height restrictions or off-loading constraints, must be disclosed by the customer at the time of order. Any additional costs arising from undisclosed access restrictions or special handling requirements will be for the customer’s account.
Delivery is deemed complete once goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers are required to inspect goods on delivery and report any visible damage, shortages or delivery discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible and no later than forty-eight (48) hours from receipt.
Nothing in this shipping policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
